Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Asoftware IT Support Inc. as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative activities, including policy administration and record management.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Work hours are 40 hours per week, and the work term is permanent.
The work language is English.
