About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Manager to join our Global People Operations team. This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for the implementation and management of our HR information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HRIS strategies and solutions to support business objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our HRIS systems, including data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of HRIS systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to HR business partners and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our HRIS systems remain current and effective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a HRIS leadership role, with a strong understanding of HR systems architecture and Oracle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
