Global HRIS Manager

GHD is seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Manager to join our Global People Operations team. This role can be based in most GHD office locations in the US or Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement that supports a balance between remote working and face-to-face collaboration in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and updates of HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and customization of modules to enhance functionality.
  • Project manage the business requirements documents, develop project charters, work breakdown structures, project schedules, and milestone plans.
  • Collaborate with other functions (IS/Finance) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
  • Act as the interface between business users and external system support teams, guiding the business on system updates and their impact on business processes.
  • Establish and maintain data governance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
  • Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard HRIS data.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field with proven experience in a HRIS Leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems architecture with demonstrated advanced knowledge of Oracle and HR processes across the whole employee lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to solve technical configuration and data integration problems, coupled with the ability to communicate and influence across a diverse multi-cultural stakeholder group.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.

The salary range for this position is $118,000 to $176,000 depending on location and experience.
