About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Manager to join our Global People Operations team. This role can be based in most GHD office locations in the US or Canada, with GHD supporting a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Project manage the implementation and updates of HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Act as the interface between business users and external system support teams, guiding the business on system updates and their impact on business processes.
- Establish and maintain data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide insights and support data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
- Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard HRIS data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or related field with proven experience in a HRIS leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, with advanced knowledge of Oracle and HR processes.
- Proven ability to solve technical configuration and data integration problems, and communicate and influence across a diverse stakeholder group.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
