Job Title: HRIS Systems Analyst Position

This is a 6-month contract System Analyst role focused on the HRIS workstream of a global enterprise organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in systems analysis in the HR technology space, with a proven track record of problem-solving small to medium issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various projects within the Talent Enablement program stream, mainly within recruitment and talent acquisition areas.
  • Collaborate with the people enablement team to implement HRIS technologies.
  • Develop technical requirements and documentation for HRIS systems.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in systems analysis in the HR technology space.
  • Proven success with problem-solving small to medium issues.
  • Experience in writing technical requirements and documentation.
  • Agile technology experience (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • IT Ticketing System Knowledge (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc).

Compensation: This role pays between $70-80 per hour.
