Marketing Director

As a key member of the Canad Inns team, the Director of Marketing and Communications will lead the development and management of various marketing and communications strategies to drive business growth and success. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that align with corporate goals, turning them into tangible marketing and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to manage and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and success.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
