About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Fashion Brand Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the fashion brand
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage the budget for marketing activities and optimize ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers
  • Create and manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including email, social media, and website
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in fashion marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, with experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
