This Clinical Lead position plays a crucial role in the Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions team, working alongside the Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical service delivery. The successful candidate will provide administrative, organizational, and leadership support while delivering direct clinical client services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients with mental health and addiction issues.
  • Ensure all clinical staff deliver effective treatment modalities.
  • Draft Standard Operating Procedures and orientation materials for quality care.
  • Lead the team in areas such as decision-making, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Counselling, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensure with applicable body.
  • Three years' experience in Mental Health & Addictions intervention.
  • Competencies in other languages are an asset, particularly French.
