Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients with mental health and addiction issues.
- Ensure all clinical staff deliver effective treatment modalities.
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures and orientation materials for quality care.
- Lead the team in areas such as decision-making, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Counselling, or Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure with applicable body.
- Three years' experience in Mental Health & Addictions intervention.
- Competencies in other languages are an asset, particularly French.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $44.37 to $51.73. Successful candidates may be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
