Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our Sidney Care Home team as a Clinical Care Services Director. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care in our care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Plan Management: Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Staff Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training and orientation for new employees, and promote a culture of excellence within the care team.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the Director of Care (DOC) to address safety concerns, quality issues, and resident needs, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Infection Control and Compliance: Oversee infection control programs, ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. A current RN license in good standing with the BCCNM.
  2. Knowledge of care standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
  3. Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
