Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Calgary Carpet Empire Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
