At ONroute, we're looking for a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our plazas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate the activities of employees, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
  • Create a safe and positive work environment, free from harassment and violence.
  • Model company brand standards and adhere to all policies and SOPs.
  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Follow cash handling policies and maintain proper security of cash and void transactions as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner.
  • Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices, complying with all H&S standards.
  • Place and receive product, perform monthly inventory, and deliver training to new employees.
  • Respond to guest injuries and property damage, completing reports and records in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation, as our plazas are located on highways with limited public transportation options.
  • A positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork, accountability, agility, innovation, integrity, and community partnership.
