Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Executive Cafe Supervisor to join our team at THE LOCAL EATERY. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures that meet our high standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee productivity and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies on hand.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect our employees and customers.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their needs.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. This role requires strong physical abilities, including standing, walking, and lifting.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
