Job Responsibilities:
- Handle first-party property claims, including inspections, evaluations, negotiations, and documentation to ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
- Maintain high-quality standards and expectations in all aspects of claim handling.
- Manage claims file inventory and perform administrative functions as required to support the claims process.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A college degree or equivalent in a business discipline, such as business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Previous property claim handling experience is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of construction and estimating systems, as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
