We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Cozy Winter Cuisine & Bar Ltd.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
