We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Browns Socialhouse Stonebridge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and manage supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions
- 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
