Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Culinary Leadership
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead by example and maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Customer Service
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.
- Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and minimize food costs.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in menu planning, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
