Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at CoDo Hue Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing menus, estimating food requirements, and overseeing kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Vietnamese cuisine and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
