Job Overview

The Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Vice-President, Sales Leader to spearhead the company's sales strategy and drive aggressive revenue growth.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-oriented sales executive to leverage their expertise in building and leading high-performing revenue organizations.

As the VP, Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, driving top-line results, and building a scalable outside sales, inside sales, and lead generation organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success selling enterprise-level digital IT solutions to a North American audience, with a strong ability to establish and implement repeatable, scalable sales processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans and strategies for market capture to achieve the company's aggressive revenue and profit objectives.
  • Take a major role in key account relationships, closing complex deals, and building ongoing relationships.
  • Hire, train, organize, and effectively deploy a high-performing sales organization, leveraging their strengths while motivating them to attain breakthrough results.
  • Establish sales metrics and KPIs, focusing on new customer revenue growth, total revenue growth, and the number of new enterprise accounts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strategically minded, results-oriented sales executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A university bachelor degree or more, preferably in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience building and leading high-performing revenue organizations, with a focus on driving consistent, aggressive revenue growth.
  • A driving management style that leverages the strengths of the team while stretching and motivating them to attain breakthrough results.
  • A proven track record of success selling enterprise-level digital IT solutions to a North American audience, with a strong ability to establish and implement repeatable, scalable sales processes.
Competitive Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
