Our client is a leading company in the industry, seeking a skilled Technical Leadership Specialist to join their team.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned leader to manage technical teams and drive the enhancement of technical capabilities and innovative culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide leadership within their area of responsibility and collaborate with other locations and departments to achieve corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Strong Leadership: Lead software development teams working in an Agile environment, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Talent Development: Execute talent development processes, conduct program reviews, and assess skill gaps to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Analyze complex issues, develop effective solutions, and communicate them to various stakeholders.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in creating a team-oriented culture.
  • Proven experience introducing efficiency improvements and leading initiatives in a structured manner.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in initiating and delivering organizational change.
  • Ability to develop clearly defined metrics and key agility indicators.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
