Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nondestructive Testing Specialist to join our team at Technical Bureaus (TBS) Inspection Services Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct non-destructive testing and inspection services using various techniques such as liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, visual inspection, non-destructive testing, and ultrasonic testing.
  • Evaluate test results and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
Requirements
  • National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) accreditation.
  • CWB Welding Inspector Certification Level 2.
  • Nondestructive Testing Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
  • Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, accurate, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying locations. Steel-toed safety boots are required.

Language and Work Environment

This is an English language role and requires a strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
