Operational Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Leadership Specialist to join our team at TCP Simple Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
About the RoleThe Operational Leadership Specialist will be responsible for organizing tasks, training workers, preparing reports, resolving work problems, and coordinating activities with other departments.
This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Organize tasks to accomplish work objectives
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports on operational performance
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience preferred
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 depending on location and experience.
