Your Opportunity

Our Markham Office is seeking a Co-op or Intern Student to join the Administration Team in a 4-month work term. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Tax Team, including data entry, report generation, and software updates
  • Assisting with tax return assembly and client correspondence
  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting professional staff with tasks and projects as needed

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional client service. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • Currently working towards a degree or diploma in Office Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
