Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager - Operations to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including balancing cash, completing balance sheets, and preparing cash reports.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
