Financial Services Coordinator

IG Wealth Management is seeking a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our External Transfer In group. This role provides administrative support for multiple lines of business, including Mortgages, Insurance, and IGFS. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilize their skills in process management and administration to provide high-quality service to external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders by performing account management and servicing activities. Interpret and analyze documentation for registered and non-registered investment products, ensuring requests are completed according to IG Wealth Management's policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for change and optimization in collaboration with internal business partners. Continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Teamwork: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, peers, and business partners. Demonstrate a professional attitude, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Financial Industry Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Familiarity with back-office data processes, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific operating systems.
- Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with teams, peers, and business partners across the company.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Passion for self-development and learning.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to problem-solve and make decisions considering regulatory environments.
- Communication: Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Planning and Organization: Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, with industry-related courses an asset.
- Availability: Availability to work a shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime work during weekdays and weekends.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, IG Wealth Management offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
