Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our Individual Financial Services team at People Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, assisting in the preparation of client documents, responding to client correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client documents for various insurance carriers
  • Respond to client email, phone, and mail correspondence
  • Prepare withdrawal paperwork for members within our group retirement programs
  • Support group retirement plan death claims administration
  • Request information and documentation from clients
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in Individual Financial Services is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with clients
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
