Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales within a defined customer base and geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a customer-focused strategy to increase retention of preventative maintenance contracts and revenue per customer.
- Manage all retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base and act as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer base.
- Interface effectively with district operations to deliver and improve service delivery.
- Report progress and metrics to operation and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
- 3 years or more in the fire alarm industry (inspection or technician) with some sales experience.
- High school diploma or professional training certification in the fire alarm domain.
- Valid driver's license.
- A competitive salary range of $53,000 - $88,500, with a sales commission plan that takes into account project, quarterly, and annual margin.

- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, with 15 days of vacation in the first year.
