Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Desk Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Customer Service Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, representing company values, and ensuring proper adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Represent company values and maintain a positive image of the company.
- Ensure proper adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions.
- Maintain sales tax exempt records and ensure all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
- Verify returned merchandise against refund slips prior to being returned to the sales floor.
- Ensure all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
