Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team at BLANKSLATE Partners. As a key member of our sales and order processing department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Assist outside sales representatives as needed to ensure seamless sales support and customer service.
- Process sales orders, returns, and related payments/credits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, quotes, and pricing details via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
- Process sample order requests and coordinate shipping to meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a high standard of product knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Enter orders into our database using published lead times and following order processing guidelines.
- Develop an understanding of our manufacturing process to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proof and resolve any discrepancies in order documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain master copies of sales orders to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Promote end-to-end customer care throughout all aspects of the sales and order processing process.
- Collaborate with the order entry and sales teams to resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dynamic customer service position.
- Ability to fluently communicate in English (verbal and written).
- Excellent numeracy literacy and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to remain organized while multi-tasking.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and high standards of professionalism.
- Sound judgment and accountability, with superior interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience.
