About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Fashion Director to join our team at Armaan DBG. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, supervising staff, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Lead the design team in creating innovative and stylish designs that showcase our brand's aesthetic.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate a team of designers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in fashion or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a senior design role, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Skills: Excellent design skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, requiring 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits
