Job Title: Finish Grader Operators

The Grader Operator is a critical role in the road construction process, responsible for operating the self-propelled motor grader to achieve precise grade specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of grading techniques, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the motor grader to perform rough or fine grade finishing, spreading, and mixing materials.
  • Direct ground crew to achieve grading goals and ensure efficient operation of the equipment.
  • Work with blueprints and have a working knowledge of base, grades, and granular related materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Two to three years' experience on Grader working in the Road Construction Industry.
  • Ability to read blueprints and working knowledge of base, grades, and granular related materials.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract (less than three convictions & less than 7 demerits).
  • Physical strength, stamina, and coordination to complete the assigned duties.
