Job Summary

Holcim is seeking a skilled Finish Grader Operator to join our team in the Calgary area. As a Finish Grader Operator, you will be responsible for grading roads, bridges, and parking lots, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment, such as graders and rollers, to grade roads and other surfaces
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Assist with other equipment operations and labor tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in rough and fine grading
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
  • Experience with Topcon and Trimble positioning systems
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3A license preferred but not required
