Job Summary

Holcim is seeking a skilled Finish Grader Operator to join our team in the Calgary area. As a Finish Grader Operator, you will be responsible for grading roads, bridges, and parking lots, ensuring a smooth and safe surface for drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment to grade roads and surfaces
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Assist with other equipment operations and labor tasks as needed

Work Environment

Work locations will vary in and around Calgary, with start dates dependent on seasonal conditions. You will be working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in rough and fine grading
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Valid Driver's License and 3A license (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with Topcon and Trimble positioning systems
