Sales Contract Manager

Your RoleAs a Sales Contract Manager, you will analyze, develop RFP strategies, and handle contracts with customers and commercial partners while ensuring quality and legal compliance. You will also manage a team of contract professionals to support business strategies.
Your Impact- Manage and oversee the work of assigned contracts team within own function, developing a robust talent development plan aligned with functional growth strategies.
- Identify risk, develop, and lead in the implementation of contracts strategies, including negotiations with internal and external parties, driving improvements and increasing revenue opportunities.
- Oversee all pricing models for sales contracts, analyzing market and internal sales data, providing pricing guidance as applicable to sales staff within guidelines.
- Provide guidance to key stakeholders on RFPs and contract strategies.
- Remain up to date with local and regional tender requirements, ensuring compliance with established business unit guidelines.
- Engage in customer interactions to support contracts execution and strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree + at least 8 years of experience in related fields.
- Proven successful leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
- Expert knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage assigned team and provide coaching and feedback.
