Gas Station Operations Manager

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Gas Station Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas stations, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that our gas stations are well-stocked
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our staff are working efficiently
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our gas stations are well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our gas stations are running smoothly
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
