Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a permanent position.
Job Summary:The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing sales workers, hiring and training staff, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order merchandise and ensure that it is delivered to the gas station in a timely manner.
- Authorize return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed correctly.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to ensure that the gas station is operating efficiently.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all products are stocked and available for sale.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
