Gas Station Operations Manager

Ontario Inc. is seeking a reliable and team-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team.
This is a permanent position working 30 to 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties effectively.
- Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff members.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the station's finances.
- Order merchandise and supplies as needed.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules to meet business needs.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling may be required.
- Client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- A team player with the ability to multitask.

- We support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees.
- We do not require Canadian work experience.
