Job Title: Destination Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Destination Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow business with existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
