Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Native Essence Inc.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and Implement Administrative Procedures: Review and assess new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
  • Supervise Office Staff: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff, providing guidance and oversight as needed.
  • Maintain Productivity: Establish work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of office administrative procedures, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • No Degree Required: Candidates without a degree, certificate, or diploma are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: At least 1 month but less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role is required.
Work Conditions:

The ideal candidate must possess excellent attention to detail, be organized, and able to multitask effectively. Strong time management and adaptability skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Additional Information:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-37 hours per week. The work language is English, and the job requires the ability to work in a team environment.
