Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Crystal Clean Janitorial Services.
As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong attention to detail.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Provide customer service
The ideal candidate will have:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
Candidates who are fluent in English and have experience working with electronic medical records, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word will be given preference.
