Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Krishna2128 Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen operations
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff to improve efficiency and quality
  • Create new recipes that meet our high standards
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food to ensure consistency
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to maintain kitchen equipment
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to ensure their needs are met
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Recruit and hire staff to maintain a skilled and efficient team
  • Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks to ensure smooth operations
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends
