Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse

DriverCheck is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in promoting the health, wellness, and safety of our workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site occupational health services to promote the health and safety of workers
  • Deliver primary care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
  • Assess and manage workplace hazards and exposures
  • Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess workers' exposures to health hazards
  • Provide clinical assessment and treatment for injured or ill workers
  • Communicate with employer stakeholders to ensure effective case management
Requirements:
  • RN or RPN designation with a specialty in occupational health nursing
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in occupational health
  • Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Mental Health Training sufficient to manage workers in crisis
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
