Quality Director

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our finished products meet the highest quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization. You will lead and manage the quality function from new product conception through to warranty analysis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business performance
* Lead and manage the quality function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve quality
* Monitor quality of raw materials and make recommendations for improvement
* Assist in continuous improvement activities to prevent problems and meet customer requirements
* Report on quality activities to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of relevant KPIs
Requirements:
* Post-Secondary Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in asphalt or construction materials testing
* 5+ years of experience managing a cross-functional team in a matrix-driven environment
* Ability to develop and maintain metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed
* Experience leading a quality function with a proven track record in strategic quality leadership
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
