Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Navs Grocery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language skills.
  • 35 hours per week.
