We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to drive user-centric design excellence in our company. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to create intuitive and engaging experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 2-3 years of experience as a UX Designer, intern, or similar role. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Proficiency with industry-specific software and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and evaluate business and user requirements, conducting competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop and deliver user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to seamless user experiences across various devices and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to make strategic decisions related to core and new features.
  • Present research, analyses, designs, and results to team members and key stakeholders, fostering open communication and feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an UX Designer, intern, or similar role.
  • Experience with industry-specific software and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, including user research, testing, and usability analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of ADA compliance is preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position operating in a professional office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required, along with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.

Travel

Up to 5% travel may be required depending on business needs.
