Lead Experience Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to drive user-centric design excellence in our company. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to create intuitive and engaging experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring 2-3 years of experience as a UX Designer, intern, or similar role. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Proficiency with industry-specific software and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and evaluate business and user requirements, conducting competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Develop and deliver user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to seamless user experiences across various devices and interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to make strategic decisions related to core and new features.
- Present research, analyses, designs, and results to team members and key stakeholders, fostering open communication and feedback.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience as an UX Designer, intern, or similar role.
- Experience with industry-specific software and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, including user research, testing, and usability analysis.
- Basic knowledge of ADA compliance is preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position operating in a professional office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required, along with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
TravelUp to 5% travel may be required depending on business needs.
