The Summer Youth Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing physical, mental, and spiritual growth and development opportunities for each child. This role requires leadership skills, creativity in lesson planning, and effective communication with staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
  • Develop and implement lesson plans for program times utilizing risk management guidelines, developmental characteristics, variety, creativity, and academically enriched activities
  • Assist Youth Program Director with creating staff and program schedules
  • Maintain equipment and facilities use only in an appropriate manner
  • Build and maintain positive relationships at all times with children, parents, and co-workers
