Restaurant Operations Manager

HOCO Fun by the Falls is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, build strong relationships with colleagues, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
