About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. This part-time contract position is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our Advisory team, ensuring seamless execution of client account administration, maintaining existing client accounts, and identifying opportunities to contact clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class client service through timely and accurate execution of client account administration
  • Maintain existing client accounts, identify opportunities to contact clients, and manage timelines and key dates for accounts
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy of client files and documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and time-efficient manner
  • Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects
  • Tap into problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service
Requirements

  • Strong skills in working with various business applications/technology
  • A high level of time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional client service that is professional, warm, and friendly
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
