Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 By Wyndham Clifton Hill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or related industry
- Ability to work on site, with no option for remote work
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff
