Hotel Operations Manager

The Glengate Hotel & Suites is seeking a skilled Hotel Managing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. This is a permanent position requiring 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Perform tasks similar to those of workers supervised, including assisting clients with special needs and maintaining the operation of computer systems and equipment.
- Requisition materials and supplies, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
