Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team at Canra Global Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and communicate effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for new product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales operations.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in building strong relationships with business clients and negotiating sales contracts.
  • Oversee regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in various commercial and industrial settings.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales planning and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent employment.
  • 32-40 hours per week.
